maybe because is made like for children (so authors made this in the same way as Tolkien made Hobbit) - a lot of singing etc, similar to animated version of LotR, but lil bit better graphics

Alright guys, you are too old for that stuff:P

I think I wanna see this film. Is it brand new?

With me it was like when I had read Silmarillion, I started once again right away - and I had finished it ofcourse after some time.

But, as far as I understand, you know more or less all the topics from Silmarillion?
87  The Lord of the Rings (Films) / The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers / Re: LotR: TTT on: November 26, 2007, 03:09:59 PM

88  J. R. R Tolkien's works / The Silmarillion / The Silmarillion on: November 25, 2007, 01:56:30 PM
This book is very different than other main titles. I found it much more epic and dramatic in larger scale.

So what do you like, or don't like in Silmarillion ?
89  General Category / Inroduce yourself / Re: Introductions - say more about yourself! on: November 24, 2007, 03:01:40 PM
hehe, nice nice, I was in similar age when I picked up Hobbit :]

And I recommand to start with The Hobbit - it's kind of beginning of the story, entrance to new world.
I've read Hobbit, then LotR, and then, after Tolkien Bestiary, I started Silmarillion, so I've got to say, that this rotation was perfect for me.

Just try Smiley
